- No refunds are given once the program has commenced, except in exceptional circumstances approved by Kiwi Mandarin.
- If the minimum required number of participants is not met, Kiwi Mandarin Limited reserves the right to cancel the camp or tour and will issue a full refund to all individuals who have made a payment.
3. Participant Responsibilities
- Participants must comply with all local laws, regulations, and instructions provided by camp organizers.
- Participants must disclose any medical or health conditions prior to attending.
- Participants must respect the cultural and social norms of the host country.
4. Liability and Insurance
- Kiwi Mandarin is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property, unless due to our negligence.
- Participants must have adequate travel, medical, and personal liability insurance.
5. Changes to Programs
- Kiwi Mandarin reserves the right to alter itineraries, schedules, or activities due to weather, safety, or logistical reasons.
- Any significant changes will be communicated promptly.
6. Media and Publicity
- Participants consent to being photographed and filmed during activities unless explicitly declined in writing.
- Kiwi Mandarin may use such media for promotional purposes without further consent or compensation.
7. Privacy
- Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
8. Conduct and Dismissal
- Kiwi Mandarin reserves the right to dismiss any participant who breaches these Terms, local laws, or whose conduct is harmful to others or the program.
- No refunds will be provided in case of dismissal.
